The last couple weeks at work have been a nightmare.
I have one of those types of managers who everything has to be 100 percent her way. If you stand up for yourself and tell her she is wrong about something, even if you are polite about it, and respectful, she flys off the wall. She has only been with my company for about a year and half, and already has fired more people than I can count. My department has become known as a revolving door. Everyone who works in my department (right now about 10 people) we are severely understaffed.... has gone to the human resource office about this woman at least once or twice. I am a new transfer there, and have not had troubles from this woman until recently, but now that she has turned her attention to me, oh lord have mercy, she gives it to me full heartedly. I can't do anything right and it is all because I told her I hadn't been trained in a certain job function she swored I had. Now I walk on egg shells at work not knowing when she will decide I no longer need my job. Well, It just makes me want to scream! Believe me I could, and want to so bad, but its allergy season, and my head is stuffy, and is achey, so !!!! I will scream here, @#$%$@@ all I want.
